- Kick off meeting and explanation of client quality requirements according to the client’s inspection and test plan.
- Control of all stages from incoming material to the final product.
- Witnessing of material lamination test as per client’s procedure.
- Follow-up of the material groups for which the z-test is requested and examination of the reports.
- Cutting and drilling operations inspections according to the EN ISO 9013 :2017.
- Dimensional inspection of parts before welding during fit-up according to the EN ISO 13920-B as suit with client’s requisition
- Assembly inspection of groups like Feed Hopper, Truck Ramp, Main Frame according to the above mentioned dimensional standard.
- Control of welder certificates, WPS & PQR’s according to the parts welding positions, material groups and etc.
- Inspection of weld bevel preparations according to the EN ISO 9692-1 & 2.
- Random check welding parameters during parts welding according to the approved WPS’s and preheating control if it is necessary according to the WPS.
- After completion of welding, visual inspection of welded areas according to the EN ISO 5817-C as suit with client’s procedure.
- Witnessing of all NDT controls like UT, MT and PT according to the EN ISO 11666 : 2018, EN ISO 17638 :2017 and EN ISO 3452-1 :2021.
- Inspection of sand blasted parts visual inspections according to the EN ISO 3452-1 :2021.
- Performing and witnessing painting tests such as; surface profile, surface cleanness, salt test, dust test, pH test, wet film thickness, dry film thickness, x and cross cut tests.
- Painting visual and thickness control in each step like primer, seconder and top coats.
- EN ISO 12944 standard used for all coating activities.
- Witnessing the test plate preparation for checking of painting adherence by pull-off test.
- The parts must meet the surface delivery conditions in accordance with the TS EN 10163-1 standard.
- Following and witnessing packaging activities to prevent any damage during transportation.
- Check and sign all documentations which includes dimensional control report, painting reports, material certificates, traceability of materials, NDT reports etc.
